1. Sleep on the iComfort mattress for a MINIMUM of 30 nights OR LONGER allowing for your body to adjust to both the comfort and support.
2. Customer must choose a second mattress. (original foundation will not be exchanged) There is a limit of ONE COMFORT EXCHANGE per customer.
3. Customer charged a total of $100. This includes exchange and all handling.
4. In the unlikely situation where reselection cost less than the original, Carol House will allow the customer to use the difference toward other furniture of their choice AT TIME OF RESELECTION. NO REFUNDS!
CONCIERGE PROTECTION PLANS
Most furniture stores push accidental damage plans, and charge a whole lot of money to cover a small amount of furniture. But Carol House offers the best Furniture Protection Plan from the best company- Montage, as a concierge service to you. You see, we only charge up to $197. for accidental damage coverage on up to $50,000 of furniture for 5 years! And our Mattress Protection Plan is up to only $97 with up to 3 Free Mattress Pads! Expected date of arrival is approximate and refers to the average time for delivery as promised by the manufacturer. Delays caused by labor, fires, vacations, fabric shortages, etc. are unavoidable and are not included in this estimate. This order is subject to approval by management. Bedding cannot be re-sold, and therefore cannot be returned. The terms of this contract are subject to change without notice. Custom order merchandise, clearance ‘as-is’, layaways, and items held over 30 days are not subject to cancellation. Service plans are non-refundable.
Payment in full shall be due and payable upon delivery unless other arrangements are made at the time of sale. If you are financing, it is usually handled on the Carol House Revolving Charge, which is usually administered by Synchrony FI. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express at our sales office only.
First delivery and set-up of $500.00 or more are free in our normal delivery area. There will be a 10% pick-up and restocking fee for cancellations, and possible usage charges. Service plans are non-refundable. There is a “not at home” charge. An adult must be present to accept delivery. Your home must be ready to receive your new merchandise. Please remember that we cannot move existing furniture and electronics, or hook-up any of your own electronics. We do not deliver pictures, lamps or accessories, nor hang anything on your walls. If you require us to move something, we are not responsible for damage to goods or home. Should you need to speak to someone concerning the date or stop a number of your delivery, please call our Delivery Department at 314-427-4200. Report any visible damage to our drivers. Any notification of defect must be made within five days after delivery. There is a rescheduling fee for changing the delivery date with less than two days notice.
Customer purchasing must be present at pickup. Pick-up hours are Monday thru Saturday 9-8, and Sunday 12-5 except for holidays. When picking up merchandise, a pick-up appointment is required two business days in advance. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for damage to your purchase or your vehicle after you leave our warehouse. Don’t forget to bring your own materials i.e. ropes, blankets, etc. for packaging merchandise in your vehicle. Merchandise being picked up at the Warehouse or the Store may require some assembly. Out of state customers must pay sales tax if merchandise is picked up.
If your merchandise was Clearance Tagged or has been Sold on an As-Is basis . . . The price has been reduced and merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 7 days of the purchase date. Please examine your furniture very carefully. We’re sorry, but we cannot provide service or factory warranties on these items. All As-Is and Clearance sales are final.

Once your merchandise has been delivered, if you notice any problem please call our customer service department. Hours are M-F, 9-5. Carol House sells furniture for home use only and is not warranted for commercial use. If you have "picked up" your furniture due to being "out of route" you will have to return it to our warehouse for service. Warranties do not cover ‘as-is’ merchandise or color fastness of fabrics. Accidental damage Protection Policy starts when the first piece of furniture is delivered.
