When I finally decide to purchase something, I want the best. I recently went to Carol House to get my son his first big boy bedroom set. Anne Young, who assisted me, was very thorough and professional. Showed me exactly what I was looking for. Being a fantastic salesperson, she also sold me on a new adjustable bed, as I was also needing a new mattress for the master bedroom and the new bed set is amazing!! The delivery was on time and very professional as well. I want to thank Brook for putting the pricing together, their designer for putting the rooms together for me, and to the delivery team for the delivery and setup. I will be looking for another bedroom and kitchen set in the near future, and I will be heading back! Definitely recommend!!!!!!

***** I would definitely recommend Carol House Furniture. They have a huge selection and very reasonable prices. I love my couch and chair!! It's very well constructed and didn't cost a fortune. My salesman was very helpful. He carried cushions from the couch I selected across the showroom until I found a chair I thought would go with the couch. He even arranged for my purchase to be held until I was ready for delivery, which ended up being almost a month. The delivery was on time. They were very courteous.

When shopping for Flexsteel, we ultimately chose Carol House due to their competitive prices (that coupon!) and their commitment to rescues. While the shopping experience was great, it was the philanthropy that won us over.

My husband and I were shopping for mattresses. We went to two other stores and were told the very same mattress, just different names, was $1400 at one place and $1200 at another. Here it was $1090. The sales lady was a delight. When my husband asked if they gave a veteran discount, she went in the back and marked another $110 down. Our mattress was now a little over $900. Needless to say, our shopping trip was over. I have bought one sofa and two beds at this location previously in the past 15yrs. My husband did not want to go here because he was convinced it would be too expensive. Man do I ever love the "Okay dear, you were right". Still makes me smile and will every night we sleep on it. Thanks Carol House!
